I agree I disagreeThe hilly landscape of Marostica is gentle and varied, characterized by the warm tones and scents of olive trees, a place where the tradition of growing, harvesting and processing olives, the colors and the landscape blend together.
The extra virgin olive oil from the hills of Marostica is now considered a product of utmost quality: a golden green oil with yellow nuances, the flavor of fresh olives and fruity sensations. In the mouth, it expresses a bitter sweet taste, with an almond aftertaste and spicy notes in younger oils. The varieties of olives grown are Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Grignano and Maurino.
The variety of the olive trees and the cultivation technique, the harvesting of the olives at the right degree of ripeness and their careful processing contribute to creating a product with a distinctive taste, which carries in itself all the nuances of this land.
