Col di Stella is an organic farm located in Vallonara that focuses on modernization without abandoning traditional methods. The farm name originates from "La Collina di Stella", to indicate the hill where the grandparents' family lived. They were nicknamed "Stella" because of their panoramic position from where it was possible to admire many stars.
