I agree I disagreeThe Pedemontana del Grappa Cooperative's extra virgin olive oil is made from olives supplied by the olive growers of the Pedemontana Vicentina area. The main varieties are Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino, alongside other minor varieties such as Moraiolo, Grignano, and Rasara. The result is an oil with a delicate flavor and green notes, with aromas of aromatic herbs, obtained exclusively by mechanical means, fully respecting quality. The oil is cold-pressed, maintaining a constant temperature of 26-27°C, to ensure the preservation of the olives' organoleptic properties and all their natural richness. The extraordinary aroma of aromatic herbs, primarily rosemary, lends an aromatic complexity reminiscent of the scent of crispy bread crust. On the palate, it is not too fluid and has a pleasant spicy note, giving way to an aftertaste of toasted almonds. Ideal for flavoring vegetable dishes, both fresh and cooked, it pairs particularly well with asparagus.
