The fruits of the earth we cultivate are the best story of our farm. Our organic products, both fresh and processed, are born immersed in the charm of the Marostica hills, guardians of our family's history. Each product embodies the authenticity of a land cared for with love, cultivated with full respect for the environment and in harmony with nature. Our family has always lived where our organic farm now stands. "Stella" is the name by which the villagers called Grandma Maria and by which our family is still known today. We couldn't have chosen a different name for our farm: "Col di Stella" is a tribute to our origins. Fresh, organic, seasonal products of the earth. Respect for nature and seasonality guide the cultivation of our fresh organic products. We have chosen to focus on promoting three local crops: the Marostica Cherry PGI, blueberries, and black figs, in keeping with our region's agricultural tradition. Our organic products are processed organically year-round. Our farm's organic products are made from fresh ingredients and artisanal processing. Simple recipes and authentic ingredients demonstrate our commitment to sustainable production and our connection to our land, like our jams and our extra virgin olive oil. Now everything is easily accessible thanks to our new store at Via Val Bella, 39, in Vallonara, where our certified organic processing facility is also located.
