I agree I disagreeThe first small temple was built in 1620 by the Toniazzos, a local family. The Sanctuary was enlarged in 1769. The earthenware flooring, underneath the current floor, which is partially visible through a glass, can be traced back to this date.
The current building is relatively recent and was erected starting from 1949, even though it shelters various artifacts of previous times. Among them a rich collection of votive offerings, the most ancient of which dates back to 1763, the precious wood and plaster statue of the Miraculous Virgin that can be dated back to the first half of 1800s. The main altar in white marble, violet breccia (crushed) stones, black marble was carved by Venetian workers in the second half of 1700s. The sacristy furniture donated to the Sanctuary in 1901 and the simulacrum of Baby Mary are also particularly interesting. It is a pilgrimage destination, especially during the celebrations of 1st May and 8th September 8.
